The strength of VOICE comes from the collaboration of public and private partners, teachers and students. Public and private partners provide financial and technical support as well as legal expertise, in-kind contributions and classroom volunteers. Teachers are the single greatest resource for understanding the needs, hopes and interests of students. VOICE teachers know their students, and how they learn. Through VOICE / LRE training, teachers learn best methods for reaching their students and helping them reach their greatest potential. Students provide the reason for and the life and vitality of VOICE.
